48 Hoodies for Rock Valley Pavers

Printing on safety yellow hoodies

I got a call from Marc at Rock Valley Pavers and he needed these hoodies asap! He had already purchased them so I agreed and got to work right away!

The Process

The first thing I noticed was that the logo was pixelated and in low resolution. I reached out to Marc and agreed to fix it at no additional charge. I converted it into a vector file, then re-converted it into a high res png file. I also needed to replace the font and add the 2 phone numbers as per requested by Marc. A lot of prepping goes into printing if the designs aren't right!

For this job I decided to do DTF printing, as it's cleaner and easier to place the small logo on the left chest. So I fired up the printer, printed on film, baked and pressed it. For these types of jobs I print on one side first (the back) and then the other (the left chest)

That's simply because I can start pressing the hoodies while the printer keeps printing. It's all about efficiency!

The results are below! I am pretty happy about it! What do you think?
