6 shirts for PostNet in Spanish Fork
I am a regular at PostNet Spanish Fork as I use them to mail my shirts! So when Johan (owner) asked me to print some shirts for his team I was excited!
The Process
This was slightly challenging as Johan asked for Navy Blue and Sand color shirts. When dealing with both dark and light garment some colors need to be changed or removed to match the garment. For example in this case the black stroke around the "Full-Service Printing" line was removed for the navy blue shirts as black doesn't look great on dark colors. I always ask my clients to provide me with clear png (or vector) files, because removing the colors on Photoshop doesn't always look great and will create artifacts in the image (especially because I am no Photoshop pro!) However I was excited to work with Johan so I didn't mind putting a little extra work! I think they turned out great!
This was a DTF (Direct to Film) job. I printed his design (both back and front) on PET film with my DTG printer (Omniprint 330TX), added powder and cured it. Then pressed it with my Hotronix Autoclam Heatpress and voila!
